Centennial Concert
March 22, 2009

Our Centennial Concert on the afternoon of March 22, 2009, was a wonderful display of some of the many talented members of First Presbyterian Church. Included were our new Recorder Ensemble, Westminster Choir, Humble Singers, Celebration Ringers, The Proclaimers (K - 8th grade), as well as instrumental and vocal solos.

Humble Singers The Humble Singers, our men's choral ensemble, were especially notable.
Proclaimers Proclaimers
Participants from the Proclaimers, our new youth music / drama program in which children learn to use the performing arts to worship God, did an outstanding job.  They performed in two children's choirs, one of children age 4 through first grade and the other of children in grades 2 through 5.  Our exceptional drummer pictured below, who is only four years old, accompanied both groups.
